The Backyard Trio (Jessie Ortiz, keyboard and vocals), Chris Cooper (guitar, cuatro and vocals), and Baird Wheatley (sax, flute, and percussion) play jazz, Latin, funk, R&B, and pop music EVERY FRIDAY from 12 noon to 3:00 P.M. Mersea Restaurant is on beautiful Treasure Island, where dining can be enjoyed inside or outside. Great views of the Bay and a family friendly atmosphere make this a nice getaway for lunch, especially in the summer. Admission is free.
