Calle Ocho is an eight-piece charanga band performing son, cha-cha, bolero, and salsa. We return to play for dancing and listening in the plaza area in front of the church. It's a beautiful setting for a family-friendly, relaxing midday gathering. Admission is free.

Chris Cooper (violin) and Jenny Yang (piano) return to Heritage Estates to perform a classical recital, featuring Beethoven's "Spring" Sonata, shorter pieces by Dvorak, Elgar, Kreisler, Faure, Monti, and others. Admission is free.

Old Soul is a 60's - 70's R&B revue band featuring top Bay Area musicians. The show will be in the Peacock Plaza at Rossmoor and admission is free.

Chris is the concertmaster of the Castro Valley Orchestra, which presents its final concert of the season at the Performing Arts Center. Works to be performed are the Mozart Symphony #41, Mendelssohn's Hebrides Overture, and the Bach Double Violin Concerto in D minor. Admission is free.
